Are the flowers fresh?

No, our flowers are a combination of high quality artificial silk and preserved flowers. We source the highest quality to create them into gorgeous everlasting arrangements.

How do I display my arrangement?

Most of our arrangements are front one side, so you can place them facing front, if you are after a 360 arrangement, please let us know as that will be custom to order.

Our smaller Petite collection is 360 and can be viewed on any side.


Do you offer custom colours?

Yes, we can create an arrangements according to your preferred shades and colours. We will attempt our best to source the required colours for you. We do require 2-3 days notice for custom arrangements.


Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we currently offering delivery across Sydney Metro. We do also offer same day delivery service, please contact us first if you require same day to confirm.

We have different delivery zones based on distance from our store in Regents Park.

Can we pick up?

Yes, please select pick up option from cart check out and advise us when you would like to pick up from our store so we can have it all ready.


How long does delivery take to organise?

We can generally deliver within 1-3 days. If you require urgently, please contact us for express delivery.

Our flower arrangements are boxed for protection and presentation and make a great gift.


Can I get a refund or exchange?

Due to Health and safety concerns with COVID19, we cannot exchange or returns items. If you are unhappy with the purchase, please contact us and we will attempt our best to resolve the issue.
